Current Position

Marcus Butterly is a Senior Manager in the Dallas office of Veritas Advisory Group, Inc.

Professional Experience

Mr. Butterly has over twelve years of experience in project development, design, and consulting. Mr. Butterly’s project experience includes communications switch facilities, wireless point-to-point broadband facilities, and PCS mobile phone networks.

Mr. Butterly has consulted on a variety of matters including pipelines, performing art centers, powerplants, airports, residential, and commercial construction projects. Mr. Butterly has performed cost analyses as well as analysis of schedule disruption, delay, and reviews of design impacts affecting both project cost and schedule completion.

Prior to joining Veritas, Mr. Butterly worked as a design and construction management consultant for communications network deployment projects. Mr. Butterly held positions in engineering and project management with o2wireless Solutions, Winstar Communications, and Carter & Burgess.

Educational Background

Mr. Butterly earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, a Master of Engineering degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
