Current Position

Timothy L. Geeslin is a Senior Manager in the Dallas office of Veritas Advisory Group, Inc.

Professional Experience

Mr. Geeslin has over twenty years experience in accounting, finance, internal audit, operations, sales, and marketing. Over the course of his career, Mr. Geeslin has performed internal audits in a variety of industries including: banking, construction, government, retail, and real estate, among others. He has served in accounting and operations, in real estate development and property management, as well as in sales and marketing in the staffing and technology industries.

Since joining Veritas, Mr. Geeslin has consulted and performed cost analysis and cost reviews on a variety of matters including airports, pipelines, power plants, rail facilities, refineries, and commercial construction projects.

Mr. Geeslin is a board member of the East Texas Corridor Council, a member of Tarrant Regional Transportation Coalition, and has consulted with various entities on rail transportation issues. He is a frequent speaker on this subject.

Prior to joining Veritas, Mr. Geeslin worked as a financial specialist for Robert Half International.

Educational Background

Mr. Geeslin is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Texas, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of Construction Financial Management Association. In addition, Mr. Geeslin is a Certified Internal Auditor and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. He is a graduate from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting.
