Current Position

Brandi N. Kleinman is a Senior Manager in the Dallas office of Veritas Advisory Group, Inc. She provides financial, accounting, and economic damage evaluations involving complex commercial disputes.

Professional Experience

Ms. Kleinman has assisted clients and counsel in matters pertaining to breach of contract, infringement of intellectual property rights, business interruption, bankruptcy, securities fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, insurance disputes, white collar fraud investigations, construction claims, and various matters related to the valuation of businesses and disputes. Ms. Kleinman has significant experience in the banking, construction, energy, manufacturing, and real estate industries, among others.

Ms. Kleinman’s commercial litigation experience includes extensive work on a multi-million dollar litigation related to a major contractual/reinsurance dispute with one of the world’s largest reinsurance companies. In addition, Ms. Kleinman has experience in developing, analyzing, and defending against complex financial, accounting, and economic models in business litigation matters.

Ms. Kleinman’s construction claims experience includes cost analyses performed on behalf of owners, contractors, and subcontractors. Ms. Kleinman has consulted on a variety of projects including airports, power plants, stadiums, public works/infrastructure, and commercial and residential buildings.

Prior to joining Veritas, Ms. Kleinman was employed by Navigant Consulting, Inc.

Educational Background

Ms. Kleinman earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and her Master of Science in Accounting and Information Management degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a current member of the Dallas Texas Exes Board of Directors, and she is a student affiliate member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Ms. Kleinman is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Texas.
