Matthew Dunn

Since joining Veritas, Mr. Dunn has provided consulting services to clients and counsel in a variety of matters including securities fraud, white collar fraud investigations, breach of contract, business interruption, estate and trust disputes, and complex commercial disputes, among others. Mr. Dunn’s responsibilities include preparing and critiquing economic damage models, financial statement analysis, and supplementing expert reports with industry research.

Moseah N. Foster

Mr. Foster's responsibilities include the review and analysis of schedule delays, productivity impacts, cost overruns, and more. He has performed consulting services for utility-scale wind farms, hotels, sports stadiums, and other large-scale construction projects.

Nicholas G. Cerovski

Mr. Cerovski has performed analysis of construction claims including contract disputes, schedule acceleration/delay, productivity loss, and scope of work changes.  He has consulted on a variety of projects including oil and gas pipelines, stadiums, and highway construction.

Sarah E. Rommelmann, PSP

Ms. Rommelmann has over five years of experience consulting on numerous matters involving construction cost and scheduling disputes. She has been involved in the analysis of construction claim issues on commercial, residential, and public works projects, including – hotels, residences, stadiums, airports, hospitals, convention centers, heavy industrial, transportation systems, and other special use facilities. Ms. Rommelmann has worked on consulting engagements with owners, architects/engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors during her career. Ms. Rommelmann has prepared and analyzed claims for schedule delays and impacts including, labor performance and productivity losses, adverse weather impacts, material availability and delivery impacts, design and change order impacts, submittal and approval timing issues, and termination and substitution issues. Ms. Rommelmann has provided cost review services, including analyzing project estimates, job cost reports, and change orders.  She has used the results of her analysis to determine the reasonableness of the project estimate, allowable cost, and appropriateness of project billings. Ms. Rommelmann has also assisted in the development of recovery and completion schedules and provided schedule review services including peer reviews, progressing, and the development of fragnet activities.

Zac Lipsitz

Mr. Lipsitz’s responsibilities include the review and analysis of schedule impacts, cost overruns, scope of work modifications, and additional work in various construction disputes. He has consulted on a variety of projects including transit stations, convention centers, apartment complexes, and restaurants.

Andrea E. Gibke

Ms. Gibke’s responsibilities include analyzing cost overruns and schedule impacts on construction disputes. She has assisted in the preparation of claims for issues such as loss of productivity, project delays, and completion costs. She has consulted on a variety of projects including hospitals, apartment buildings, and stadiums.

Cameron Ketchum

Mr. Ketchum’s responsibilities in the review and analysis of construction disputes include analyzing schedule impacts, cost overruns, productivity analysis, and scope of work modifications. He has consulted on a variety of projects including commercial buildings, convention centers, transit stations, and industrial complexes.

Cameron Poth, CPA

Mr. Poth has more than 13 years of experience evaluating financial and economic damages in connection with complex commercial disputes. Mr. Poth has considerable experience analyzing, rebutting, and preparing claims of damages for clients involved in litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution processes. Mr. Poth has consulted with clients in various industries on a variety of dispute resolution matters including: bankruptcy, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business interruption, dealer termination, estate and trust disputes, financial forensic investigations, fraudulent transfers, intellectual property infringement, oil and gas disputes, personal injury claims, and white collar fraud investigations. Mr. Poth has performed various financial services for clients including: financial analysis, funds tracing, financial investigations, and oil and gas royalty examinations.

Yadira Martinez

Ms. Martinez is an experienced document analyst. She compiles and manages project documents and summarizes financial data. Ms. Martinez also performs special administrative projects to support the firm.

Alanna J. Dry

Mrs. Dry coordinates and manages client billings and collection efforts. She works in collaboration with the Veritas case managers to process and track client invoices. Mrs. Dry is an integral part of the monthly financial reporting process and assists the Director of Operations with other critical path firm needs. She also performs project research and is assigned special projects to support the firm. Mrs. Dry previously managed a National Account program as the Operations Manager. She has over 20 years of experience in accounting and project management. During this time Mrs. Dry had a lead role in conception, design, and implementation of fully customized proprietary project management/accounting system including an e-commerce customer and vendor portal for processing orders from start to end.
