Mr. Robinson brings a diverse skill set and a strong analytical eye to civil and environmental engineering, construction management, and structural design projects. He has aided in data set analyses and evaluations, and in developing resolution strategies for capitol project disputes. Mr. Robinson has been crucial in preparing clients for mediations and resolutions of contract disputes by identifying the parties and factors responsible for potentially added costs and schedule delays on large-scale projects. Mr. Robinson’s wide range of experience allows him to provide outside-the-box thinking when evaluating and delivering insight on the development and execution of successful projects. Michael Archard, PE

Michael Archard is a professional civil engineer with over ten years of experience in the fields of engineering and construction. Michael brings a diverse skillset and strong analytics in civil and environmental engineering, construction management, and water resource design projects. Michael has helped in the mediation and resolution of contract disputes by identifying the parties and factors responsible for changes which add cost and schedule delays to projects. He has also reviewed contractor claims for labor, equipment, and materials, both quantitatively and qualitatively, to evaluate the veracity of these claims. Michael has a strong background in dam engineering and design, geotechnical analysis, hydrologic and hydraulic engineering, and water resource system analysis. He has extensive experience with finite element modeling, hazard assessments and various CAD and GIS software systems.

Andrea E. Gibke

Ms. Gibke’s responsibilities include analyzing cost overruns and schedule impacts on construction disputes. She has assisted in the preparation of claims for issues such as loss of productivity, project delays, and completion costs. She has consulted on a variety of projects including hospitals, apartment buildings, and stadiums.

Garrett D. Jones

Mr. Jones has worked on projects ranging in scale from multi-family and student residential to power plant megaprojects and sports stadiums. His responsibilities include the review of construction claims and project documentation, cost and productivity analyses, and oversight on active management engagements.

Joana Jardon

Ms. Jardon’s responsibilities include the review and analysis of construction claims, productivity impacts, cost overruns, schedule analysis, and additional work. She has consulted on a variety of projects including convention centers, hotels, and other large-scale construction projects.

Kelly E. Bauman

Ms. Bauman's responsibilities include analysis of construction claims related to schedule delays, productivity impacts, and scope of work modifications. Since joining Veritas, Ms. Bauman has assisted in the preparation of claims for a variety of large-scale construction projects, including pipelines, stadiums, high-rise condominiums, and industrial plants, among others.
