Margaret Fulenwider has over 25 years of experience advising owners, architects, engineers, contractors, insurers, and counsel on a wide range of projects in public and private global sectors, including mass-transit, rail, airport, nuclear, highway, bridge, tunnel, power plant, process plant, oil production, wastewater, and also major commercial projects such as sports and entertainment arenas, museums, hotels, resorts, hospitals, residential, manufacturing, and mixed-use facilities. Additionally, she has worked on municipal and government facilities, including offices, courthouses, and libraries. Margaret's expertise includes program/project development; strategic and risk mitigation planning; management and organizational reviews; performance assessments; compliance audits; program schedule assessments; cost and schedule controls; owner's representative services; proprietary project controls and program management oversight systems; resolution of contract disputes; change order and claim reviews; schedule impact and productivity analysis; design errors and omissions assessments; litigation support; and alternative dispute resolution and negotiation support. Benjamin Barrett

Ben Barrett is a skilled project engineer with extensive capital project field experience, such as the development of budget and cost estimates, schedules, contracts, and engineering plans. He has worked on numerous demolition, rehabilitation, expansion, and construction projects across several industries such as pharmaceutical facilities, public transportation stations, convention centers, highways, bridges, airports, and sports arenas. Specifically, Ben’s expertise includes the use of cost and schedule controls; owner's representative services; resolution of contract disputes; change order and claim reviews; schedule impact and productivity analysis; design errors and omissions assessments; litigation support; and alternative dispute resolution and negotiation support. Ben has also been heavily involved in contract negotiations involving subcontractors, owners, and public utility representatives for both large public capital projects and privately funded ventures. Ben’s experience spans the fields of construction supervision, project management, dispute resolution and litigation assistance. Having 8 years of in-the-field construction experience, coupled with over 8 years of dispute resolution work allows Ben to have a uniquely balanced understanding of the necessary elements for a successful project

Michelle Naramor, CPA

Through financial, accounting, and economic model development and analysis, Ms. Naramor assists clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters including: breach of contract, infringement of intellectual property rights, business interruption, insurance dispute, white collar fraud investigation, personal injury dispute, and construction claim matters. She has consulted with clients in industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, construction, and healthcare, among others. Ms. Naramor’s skillset is focused on consolidating and analyzing data to determine and rebut damage claims as well as delivering the results of her analyses through digestible reports and presentations.

Brian L. Ingram

During his tenure at Veritas, Mr. Ingram has been involved in a number of commercial and construction related disputes. Mr. Ingram has performed analysis of commercial litigation claims involving fraud in the inducement and breach of contract as well as analyzed construction related projects involving both project cost overruns and schedule delay. Additionally, Mr. Ingram has more than 20 years of experience in information technology including the use of advanced technology for electronic discovery, management, and retrieval of information produced during litigation. Prior to joining Veritas, Mr. Ingram held a position as a systems analyst for Texas Hydraulics, Inc.
