Shel R. Harrison

Mr. Harrison has more than 28 year’s experience in consulting, construction and engineering.  Mr. Harrison’s construction experience includes project management, scheduling, planning, estimating, change orders, expediting, safety and settlements. His consulting experience includes both critical path schedule analysis and analysis of project related costs. Mr. Harrison's background provides him with an in depth knowledge of structural steel including experience in commercial buildings, bridges, industrial gas plants, computer chip facilities, schools, churches, fast track schedules, design build and partnering contracts, complex high profile projects and projects overseas. Mr. Harrison has experience in negotiating and securing prime contracts and subcontracts, developing schedules, developing scope of work, managing cost, and securing MBE/WBE/SBE participation. Additionally, Mr. Harrison has experience working for a general contractor primarily engaged in contracting for highways, bridges, and overpasses as well as experience with the Texas Department of Transportation overseeing similar construction activities on behalf of the owner. Mr. Harrison's road and bridge experience includes highway design including roadway design, hydrology, traffic control, and storm water pollution prevention and highway project inspection. Prior to joining Veritas, Mr. Harrison held positions with Beck Steel Inc., Hirschfeld Steel Co., Inc., Safe Car Inc., Knight Construction, TXDOT and previously served in the United States Air Force.

Marcus Butterly

Mr. Butterly has more than 26 years of experience in project development, design, and consulting. Mr. Butterly’s project experience includes communications switch facilities, wireless point-to-point broadband facilities, and PCS mobile phone networks. Mr. Butterly has consulted on a variety of matters including pipelines, performing art centers, power plants, airports, residential, and commercial construction projects. Mr. Butterly has performed cost analyses as well as analysis of schedule disruption, delay, and reviews of design impacts affecting both project cost and schedule completion. Prior to joining Veritas, Mr. Butterly worked as a design and construction management consultant for communications network deployment projects. Mr. Butterly held positions in engineering and project management with o2wireless Solutions, Winstar Communications, and Carter & Burgess.
