Mr. Bailey has more than 20 years of experience in consulting matters involving financial, economic, construction, and scheduling disputes. He has been involved in the review and analysis of construction claim issues on a wide variety of industrial, commercial, residential, public works, and infrastructure projects. Mr. Bailey has worked on multiple high-profile engagements including sports stadiums, airport terminals, office towers, power plants, educational buildings, and other special use facilities.
His experience on construction contract claims covers the evaluation of schedule analysis issues including design related changes, adverse weather impacts, material availability and delivery, access and permitting requirements, contractor and subcontractor coordination, labor performance and productivity impacts, submittal and approval timing, and termination and substitution issues. Mr. Bailey has analyzed construction costs and compiled claims on a variety of projects including multi-billion-dollar projects. He has worked on consulting engagements for owners, developers, contractors, engineers, subcontractors, lenders, and insurers during his career. Mr. Bailey has provided expert testimony regarding construction delay and damage issues.
Additionally, Mr. Bailey has assisted clients in resolving financial disputes, including breach of contract, lost profits, business valuation, and other financial matters.
